At PE Homes, our fees are not based on a percentage, we keep them low and can fix them upfront so you won’t have any surprises on completion.

What is the difference between you and my local estate agent?

Not much other than the price! An estate agent with a local office may have a shop window and might provide accompanied viewings but they will charge you a much larger fee for the privilege. You just need to decide whether you think this provides value for money over our streamlined services.

Absolutely, the beauty of being online is that nearly every buyer starts their search there. Our highly experienced team have sold properties all over the country – from Torquay to Inverness!

When a buyer finds a property which is the right size and location for them, then they will arrange to view that property regardless of the agent. We have a proven record of selling properties across the country and whether we have properties for sale in your area or not will not affect your chances of selling.

Nothing! The service is identical no matter which package you decide to go for. Its purely a personal preference for the owner which one they go for. We want to provide agreat service regardless, so that you tell your friends about us!

We ask the owner to carry out the viewings for two reasons. The first being it means we can save on costs, which we pass onto you! The second is more important – we truly believe the owner is the best person to carry out the viewing because you know all the reasons why you have loved living there! Additionally, with all the will in the world, an agent can’t learn all the ins and outs of every property they list, such as when you fitted the boiler, the works you’ve done on the electrics, when the windows were refitted etc. These bits of information really help to sell a home, and you, as the owner, won’t even realise what a great job you are doing in explaining them!
