Before you rent your property, it’s important to know how much your home is worth. With our free rental valuation we can help you do just that by comparing it to similar local properties on the market.
2. Instruct Property Eagle to let your property
When you instruct us to let your property, you can choose from three affordable fixed fees. We understand that each landlord has different requirements, which is why we offer different options based on your needs. Choose from a one off payment where we will support you until your tenant moves in, or opt for an ongoing fixed fee for either rent collection or a fully managed tenancy service.
3. Prepare your property for listing
When you instruct us to let your property, we will arrange a suitable time for a professional photographer to visit you. We will prepare the advert for your approval before listing it on Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.
4. All viewings and feedback arranged for you
When your property goes live, any prospective tenants will contact us to arrange viewings through our team at your convenience, and we’ll also relay feedback to you to streamline the process.
5. Acceptance of offer to move in day
Once you’ve chosen your preferred tenant, we’ll make sure to handle all the necessary paperwork, including past landlord and employee references as well as credit history checks. With this information you will receive a comprehensive referencing report for you to make a decision before creating a tenancy agreement and registering the deposit with the DPS on your behalf. Support provided by us after move in day will depend on the payment plan you’ve chosen.
