1. Request your FREE personalised valuation
When it comes to selling or letting your home, we want to make sure we understand your every requirement. By arranging a call with us to discuss and evaluate your property, we can get a clear idea of your needs, as well as answer any questions or concerns you might have about selling or letting your property. We carry out our valuations remotely but don’t worry, all the information we need is at the tip of our fingertips!
2. Instruct PE Homes to sell your property
When you instruct us to sell your home, you can choose from our low-cost fixed fees either paying upfront, or on completion. We understand that one size doesn’t always fit all, and that each property is unique, so we make sure you choose an option that best suits you.
3. Prepare your property for listing
Once you’ve instructed us, we’ll arrange a convenient time for a professional photographer to visit your property. You can choose the photos which best represent your home and we’ll also create a professional floor plan of your home. EPCs are also available upon request. Once you’ve approved all photos and descriptions, we’ll list your property on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location (and more!).
4. All viewings and feedback arranged for you
We handle all the calls, emails and enquiries on your properties and arrange viewings to suit your availability. We ask our owners to show the property (and we believe you are the best person to do so!) but otherwise, we will take care of the viewing administration as well as finding out the feedback from your viewers. Of course when someone would like to make an offer, we will handle all of the negotiations for you!
5. Acceptance to completion
Once an offer has been accepted, we’ll progress your sale all the way through to completion and exchange of keys. This includes sending out a sales memo to all parties, including solicitors. We offer all the support you need to get the sale over the line!
