We advertise all our properties on Rightmove and Zoopla so landlords know that we will find the best tenant quickly and efficiently, offering a complete and seamless estate agency service from instruction to move in.
£500 – PAY A FIXED INTRODUCTORY FEE WHEN YOU FIND A TENANT
This fee is paid at the start of a tenancy contract with no renewal fees needed. Once you decide on a prospective tenant, we’ll begin the relevant checks to ensure that you’re making an informed decision. This includes everything from affordability and credit checks, to employee and past landlord references. Once an offer has been made, we then draw up a tenancy agreement and get a deposit registered with the DPS. Once the tenant has moved in they will contact you for any further support.
£55 – PAY A MONTHLY FIXED FEE FOR ONGOING RENT COLLECTION SERVICES
This option includes everything in the introductory fee, and if you’re looking for ongoing support this could be a more convenient option. It simply means we will arrange monthly rent payments for you and deduct the necessary fees before handing over the remaining payment. After the tenant has moved in, they will need to contact you directly for any future issues. Many of our clients appreciate having professional representation and convenience of having someone else be their point of contact.
£85 – PAY A MONTHLY FIXED FEE FOR A FULLY MANAGED TENANCY SERVICE
This option includes everything that you would get with the introductory fee, including the handling of monthly rent payments, but with the added benefit of a fully managed tenancy service. This simply means we will be on call 24 hours, 7 days a week if your tenant has any problems or queries. Whether they are looking to fix a damaged tap or a broken boiler, we will be able to provide support and contact the relevant companies to get the problem solved on your behalf.

What is Client Money Protection?
Client Money Protection (CMP) is an insurance-backed product for Letting and Property management agents. It protects tenants and landlords from misappropriation of client moneies by the agent, such as theft of client monies by a Director.
From 1 April 2019, it became mandatory for all letting agents that handle client money to obtain CMP in England.
What is an Independent Redress Scheme?
On 1 October 2014, it became mandatory for all estate and lettings agents to belong to a governement-approved redress scheme.
The role of the independent redress scheme is to provide impartial dispute resolution between the agent and memebrs of the public.
